we chose as it was going to the ports we wanted to see in the Caribbean . unfortunately some of the staff need more experience in dealing with customers. The hospitality staff provided poor service and were quite dismissive. One of our party had damaged their knee on the way to the cruise so was unable to go in the excursions, told that they could only get a refund if they had a note from the ships doctor which would have visit more than the trip.

Trying to arrange wheelchair transportation was challenging and there was no co-ordination.

On this cruise line people are allowed to smoke on balconies, which isn’t made clear at the time of booking so if you are non smokers your use of your private balcony is affected by smokers above, below and next to you. Read more
