Should have researched more .. horrible experience.... even the elevator crowded all the time. You are like a cow in a cattle call line EVERYWHERE you go....huge line ups. Going off and on excursions same thing..BIG borrible to get on and off boat. We had a four hour wait to board the boat it ..... which was the start of a complete gong show. Everyone was leterally standing around at the LA pier wondering what to do for 4 hours. NO Norwegian employees greeting you ANYWHERE and NO SIGNAGE. It was unbelievable. Hidden costs everywhere. Some shows and restaurants free, some not. Very unclear. You literally have to FIGHT for a reservations with Guest services, because the 2nd day ALL the shows were FULL even the free ones which you have prepaid for with your cruise cost!!! Same went for the race track. We finally fought with guest services to get the last spot on the 7th day. No kidding. I I wanted to leave the boat by the 2nd day. You are literally fighting for everything. The pools which look so great online are TINY and too COLD to enjoy at all. They are not heated and the ship is cold outside.. Kids and adults were literally freezing so very boring. Hot tub was ok but only allows 6 people at a time. There are hundreds of people milling around the pool deck with no place to go. Restaurants all had same menus. Very deceiving. Each bottle of water you take on your cabin counter will bill you $7.00 US. This is NOT the water that is in the mini-bar, it is a small cardboard container of water that looks totally complimentary...but again another hidden rip off. The free- style seating makes it impossible to connect with others.Cabin extremely small, and deck is tiny...

clean but extremely cramped .Bath room too tiny and bed takes up complete cabin. Deck very disappointing......way to small, and can hear all conversations of passengers upstairs, and on both sides.

Both myself and husband got a bad flu the 5th day. UGH!
