Overpriced everything, in US$, especially drinks, auto 20% gratuity on everything to staff who don't deserve it. Outrageously expensive excursions. On board activities run by staff with English as a second language, they were incomprehensible, activities boring. Food was OK. Specialty restaurants food quality not worth it. Best food was in Azura. Will not be a repeat customer, extremely poor value on this cruise. Internet access is hugely overpriced, you even have to pay extra for their app to be able to text other passengers. My wife's on board credit card got cut off daily which allowed us the opportunity to wait in their queue at the service desk every day! Duty free booze was not worth it, i can get better prices at retail in Australia. Staff were mostly just going through the motion in terms of service, understandable given they are paid almost nothing and work 80+ hours per week. Having said that, there were a couple of people who served us who truly did care and their service was rewarded.
