After 3 years since having been on its inaugural sailing, I went with the family on a 2 night cruise out of Singapore to Bintan Island (Actually more of a gambling cruise then for the ports). Stayed in the Palace Suites once again and service has improved vastly. Upon embarkation, we were escorted from the cruise terminal through security all the way up to our cabin. This is was done by the event hostess of Resorts World group. Butlers were great, didn't use them much on this short cruise.

Entertainment on board the ship was disappointingly HEAVILY catered towards the Indian demographic. The theatre show called 'Sonic' was quite impressive with acrobatics and cool stunts. Also Zouk was closed the 2nd night of sailing to host an only Bollywood themed party which was by invite or purchase tickets at the front. Didn't like that exclusivity for the Indians and lack for other races.

This sailing also coincided with a Justice League themed sailing, where Justice League merchandise were on sale in shops, and decorated throughout the entire ship. It made for a good touch to appeal to families and children.

Cabin Review

The Palace suite still remains very classy, and we slept 3 in the suite with a pull out sofa bed for myself, very comfortable, except maybe the sofa bed isn't the softest. Clean rooms. Great sized balcony, good for lounging and chilling. 17068 was on the same deck and very near The Palace, a lounge/restaurant for only Suite guests.
