We choose this ship because it went to go to San Juan. Twice on two different cruise lines we had tried to go to San Juan but we were diverted both times due to poor weather. We also have seen MSC in many ports throughout the years while cruising on every other cruise line except Disney and Carnival.

We had a balcony room and the room attendant was excellent, however there is very little storage inthe room. We also had to have them fix our shower as it did not drain properly and wash our glass balcony railing. They never did put screws in the bathroom door which was difficult to shut.

They also had an app that was great for booking your shows for the week.

Cabin Review

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

The cabin attendant was great. Kept our room spotless. Very little storage and the coffee table double as a seat. No outlet in the bathroom for an electric toothbrush.

Port Reviews

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

Another snorkel trip on a ship wreck, the seas were rough so they cut it short. Later in the day around 4PM we wanted to go to some of the bars and restaurant but were told they were closed. I asked what time they close and the answer was I don't know. We did get a drink at the lighthouse bar to watch the sunset. However it only had had one bathroom. On the 15 minute walk back to the ship we stopped to use another restroom and it was closed as well. And they wonder why we just peed on the side of the building.
