Having sailed princess before I was disappointed to find their standard was obviously not the same as last time I had issues with my stateroom which although fixed promptly should not have arisen in the first place. Entertainment was good, service especially in horizon left something to be desired tables not cleared or cleaned which I did myself. Bar understaffed especially at busy times, I asked for a Diet Coke and told none onboard went to next bar and got it myself staff just seemed to do bare minimum and some training would not go amiss, could do with a quiet lounge where friends could meet and have a drink without music blaring in background not everyone wants drunken karaoke, would be nice to offer wine package for a fine dining experience food was good something for everyone, the itinerary was average but not outstanding but we knew that and made allowances

Overall would I recommend probably yes but princess you need to up your game start providing for people who don’t want 15 drinks per day I didn’t book for a booze karaoke cruise, give us some Australian wine at an affordable rate train your staff and then you may compete with some of the other lines out there cabin steward was excellent, shows were good but noisy doesn’t need to be so loud

All I want from a cruise is to be entertained have a great dining experience with a reasonable wine package so I can enjoy a bottle per night with my family and good entertainment which has been provided before but in America where service seems to be more of a priority where tips come intro play
