we have cruised with Princess many times

We live close to the port and like this itinerary and the cruise price was very favorable.

The ship is in tip top condition and we were looking forward to experiencing the new medallion set up onboard. The medallion made embarkation a breeze and everyone gave it 5 stars, you have to become ocean ready by uploading your details to Princess about three weeks prior to your cruise, then princess send you your medallion via FedEx and that’s it. The medallion allows you many more time saving tasks but too many to mention here. The entertainment was very enjoyable but there was a technical hitch and one of the new main shows was postponed and rescheduled and eventually cancelled for the performers safety. The food was very good with nice choices in all venues. The crew were friendly, attentive, efficient and hard working. I would recommend this cruise who would like a comfortable 7 day fun time or just for a rest.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Very comfortable bed, nice big flatscreen

Tv with lots of movies and programs to choose on demand. The cabin and balcony were average size for modern day cruise ships as was the shower/washbasin and toilet. There was ample wardrobe and storage space, cabin was also equipped with a small fridge, hairdryer and digital safe. Overall very adequate.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

A Tender port with a very busy marina with lots of shops restaurants and bars

Puerto Vallarta

Took a cab ride to the main shopping area which is on the front. Lots of interesting stores and restaurants

Mazatlan

We walked and got a small ferry to Stone Island and spent a nice day on the beach
