We have never cruised before because of getting seasick. When our travel agent told us about Viking we said sure. We found everything about Viking to be superb. From the moment we arrived at the Einar in Basel till the time we departed in Amsterdam we had nothing less than an exceptional time. It started with the curbside drop-off of our luggage and ended with our luggage being taken to the departure area when we left the ship. The crew were very accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent and service impeccable. The entire crew, including deck hands, were always smiling and friendly. We always felt comfortable and never concerned with regards to safety. The reception desk handled our every need very efficiently and without undo concern. The ship overall was kept immaculate and our cabin was tended to multiple times a day. The tours we took for the most part were good. We are looking forward to the next cruise with Viking.

Cabin Review

Veranda Stateroom

I was concerned before the start of the trip about the size of the cabin. Once onboard and we got to our cabin I found it to be roomy. I didn't feel cramped and all of the amenities were well arranged.
