We started on Skadie, we loved everything about it. Especially the hospitality captain. The Dinner host went so far above & beyond it would be difficult to describe. Her services were so outstanding, they all worked so well together. The room service was discrete & accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and seemed happy in their jobs. Moral is #1 in any business. We changed ships 1/2 way due to low H2O in the river. They made it so effortless for us, we did not miss a thing on the schedule. The Bragie was welcoming, same rooms ready for us. Our ships hospitality guide changed ships with us. The service, food, accommodations again flawless.
The schedule of excursions were so well timed, not to much, & plenty of time for self exploration & Viking assistance to get to & from the ship. They made the trip so easy, & completely stress free.
The timing of the passing thru the many locks was impressive, causing no disruption in sight seeing, dining or sleeping.

We were so grateful for our upgrade. There was a noise in our 1st cabin, which I’m sure could have been fixed. And as soon as we moved a crew was in the room taking it apart to find the problem. We were assisted with our upgrade to the best room on the ship. It changed everything. The experience was so wonderful, if I travel again I will save up for the best upgrade I can afford. Even when we changed ships the kept us in the upgrade. We couldn’t have been happier.
