The wide variety of ports of call were a big reason we chose this cruise. We lucked out on the weather as it was delightful in almost every port.

Spain was lovely. It was interesting to experience Holy Week in another country and culture. Barcelona is very walk-able. Exploring the waterfront and Las Ramblas was a good way to start the trip. A shuttle from the ship to the Columbus Statue made getting to and from the ship easy. The first evening we attended a flamenco dance. The energy and passion of the performers was impressive.

On day two, we took the included tour. La Sagrada Familia was breathtaking. Wish we had time to explore the interior. There is always next time! The walk from Placa de Catalunya to the Barcelona Cathedral was well-paced with a number of sights along the way.
