Love the ease of sailing RC out of Galveston, but this was a nightmare. I had to push my husband in his wheelchair AGAIN thru the embarkation process. Once we got on the ship and into the cabin we found our bathroom would flood whenever the shower/tub would drain. Plumber came twice and guaranteed it was fixed, but that’s not the case. The cabin had the same problem during the previous sailing. We had the option of using the bathroom of another cabin, but not convenient when your husband is in a wheelchair and 86 years old. The food on this trip was FAR BELOW any of the 7 night sailings we’ve been on. NONE OF IT in the dining room was hot in the dining room. No lobster. Chops however was excellent. For $25.00 each. RC’s food was always great, but now if you want that same great experience... you have to pay for it. This ship is def in need of refurbishment. Rust everywhere. Balcony very unsightly.

Junior Suite

We had plumbing problems from the first hour we were on board. When the tub drained, the bathroom flooded. NEVER GOT CORRECTED!!! Plumber came twice assuring us it was fixed. Not
