We wanted to experience several cities along the Mediterranean coast but didn’t want to travel by land and reserve multiple lodgings...plus we were excited to experience ship life aboard Viking since we have had several friends who raves about their Viking cruise.
We were not disappointed.
Everything from boarding the first day to our disembarkment was flawless. The ship is beautifully designed and appointed with comfortable furnishing to wonderful artwork throughout. We loved how many quite spaces/places there were aboard to get away by ourselves...so different from other cruises where all the spaces are crowded. Our room was plenty spacious and very luxurious and our room stewards were delightful and always at the ready to offer us assistance.
