Due to time restraints the Radiance of the Seas was the only cruise available for our dates. We cruised with another couple which made the experience enjoyable however we were disappointed with several aspects including the need for the ship to be refurbished. One concern was that children were sitting on bar stools in the Champagne Bar - this should be an 18 years and over area. We felt the hard working crew made up for the lack lustre look of the ship. Our cabin attendant and dining room waiters were brilliant which did enhance our experience We only had four port days for an eleven night cruise, one of which was cancelled due to poor weather. It was disappointing that an alternative port was not offered. The alternate program offered to compensate for the extra day spent at sea was minimal. The adults only pool was depressing. The entertainment on the whole was of a high standard. We felt that responsible serving of alcohol was lacking which at times made it uncomfortable for other passengers. After experiencing other cruise lines I would be hesitant to rebook with Royal Caribbean.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin was clean, very comfortable bed, our room attendant was excellent and went above and beyond our expectations.
