We decided to try RC again after a VERY BAD experience in 2015. I am happy that we did.

Most of the staff weref friendly, welcoming, and professional. The only exceptions were the guest relations desk who felt the need to tell me that the question I had asked they had answered two days before - clearly I didn't remember; one of the cruise director staff members - he was a little snarky, and one bartender at Labadee who told me that the drink hut that I stopped at was only for the other RC ship in port (another bartender apologized and said that all huts were for all RC ships). Cabin had a beautiful large window on deck. One con was that the movie pool side was difficult to view due to pool cabana set up and they had the prime seats blocked for their cigargs and cognac promotion which no guests were attending. Another con was ice cream was stopped at 6pm - I lke ice cream with my movies. Food was teriffic and wait staff was as good as a 5 star. Bathrooms incredibly tiny - toilets set at an angle due to small space. I just wish that on sea days there were more things to do on ships during the day except sitting in the sun or gambling - this one and all cruise ships
