The ship itself is beautiful and modern and new and everything you would expect from a brand spanking new cruise ship, however, the customer service was sub par. Some of the people were super nice, however there were a lot of people on the ship who dont know basic customer service and this is sad. I'm usually a Royal Carribean cruiser and I've had a better experience there in general. I was rushed through dinner and told I had to place my whole order at once? What happened to steps of service? I dont know what I want for dessert I havent even had my appetizer yet. And lots of Eastern Europeans on the ship who don't have the best customer service and can be downright rude. Cabin was well designed. I reccomend getting the balcony cabin def. worth it. Shows were just okay. There is no water play area for babies in diapers/under 2. Also no daycare for babies under 2 which kinda sucks. Also no babysitting for them until 10 p.m which is too late to be useful. The buffet food is pretty bad except for the soup and salad which is okay. The pizza is good. The fancier paid restaurants are much better than the free dining room. The dining room is okay. Pretty standard cruise fare. One ot two higher end options each night for free like filet mignon, lobster tail etc. Drinks are way too expensive as is the drink package. It's basically designed for the alcholocs. The merch on the ship is also overpriced. The casino is best to play the first few nights. People start losing mid cruise. Also there days of shore visits in a row is a little tough and tiring especially for older people and people with kids. Overall good experience but not great. Might try a different more customer service focused cruise line in the future. The parties on the deck are fun and in the lounge. Overall not bad if you book on a deal. We paid $2500 plus gratuities for husband, baby and I.
The cabins weren't huge but very well designed with nice space to put your stuff.
