We chose this cruise to see if we like the Equinox to take a cruise next year with an itnerary that looks great. We were on the Edge this past year and it was one of the best cruises we had been on in our 30 plus cruises. I thought Celebrity would now be our go to cruiseline.

Maybe due to the length of this cruise the staff could hardly care about anything. We had a suite and our Butler told us about the room in 30 seconds. Our state room man was much better. I know the ship just had a major renovation but to me it still looked worn down. After unpacking we used our bathroom and guess what toilet problems it does not flush. We called it in and they said they were having problems. Taking a shower in ice cold water again called down they adjusted it but only to luke warm. Thank goodness only on for three days. We had dinner at Luminea beautiful dining room but no selections on the menu. We decided to go to the main dining room where we had more selections. We had use of the Retreat Sun deck this was a joke. Only chairs to lounge around no hot tub no pool no bar and no one to serve you anything. Why am I paying extra for nothing! the food in the Ocean Buffet was disguisting. It looked like left overs with sauce all over it. And it was the same selection for the whole two days!. This is not what I expected being on the edge and getting such great food in every restaurant on the ship.

Time to get off the ship and it was backed up took nearly an hour to just get off and we carried our luggage.
