This cruise was a great itinerary. We have been on several different cruise lines, but Viking has them all beat. Their customer service was incredible!! From the moment we boarded, the staff knew our names, the bar tender knew what drinks we enjoyed ( after ordering once), and Bayou kept our room spotless. Bayou always had a smile on his face. He was very help full after I sprained my ankle on the first day. He continually brought ice to help reduce the swelling.

I thought that making reservations in the specialty restaurants would be difficult, but the staff was so accommodating , and helped us to experience all of the restaurants.

Entertainment was wonderful, and for us, the ship was a perfect size. Read more
