Sail Date: Dec 2019

We have never been to the West Indies and were delighted the Viking offered this intriguing itinerary from Puerto Rico to Barbados and back with 9 ports in 10 days giving. Each port was so historic and full of rich history, some of which included an 8th Great Grandfather that was born in 1640 in Barbados. We acutally went to the church where he was Baptised! We snorkled, kyaked, sailed and exporled so many amazing places. Our ship, crew, ports of call, and dining were over the top! Each morning we arrived at yet another post card picture port full of Caribbean flare. There were so many shore excursions to pick from and the included excursions were great to give an overview of the island. This is our second Viking Ocean and next month we leave for our third to South America on a new ship, Jupiter, exporing the Chilean Fjords, Patagonia, Cape Horn, and around to Buenos Aries. We have experienced 3 river cruises with Viking and are now loyal fans due to the ambiance and details that are signature to the brand.

Cabin Review

We sailed on Sky in the Baltic a couple of years ago when she was brand new! We loved being back with her and look forward to sailing on Jupiter on the Chilean Fjords next month.
