We chose this ship because of its value for money and booked eleven months ago travelling with two others who have cruised several times this was our first so had nothing to compare it to. We can honestly say we would never choose MSC again.
Reception staff were rude and totally unhelpful and the ship catered mainly for the French!
We purchased a premium drinks package which was for any single drink up to $10 most drinks were $8 and the first few days all went well when we were told the $8 drink had "run out" bearing in mind the start of the new cruising season had just begun but the $5 rubbish was available If that had been the case there would be no reason to purchase the premium package. Miraculously after complaining the good wine became available so buyer beware don't accept what they say and complain.

Fantastica Super Family – Two Connected Balcony Staterooms
Cabin was clean and the cabin crew was smashing couldn't complain about him but when I asked if he would replace tissues he told me it wasn't in my package. This was a five star floating hotel and we had paid thousands of pounds for the holiday so it was on principle I did complain and they were swiftly replaced with the poor cabin crew extremely concerned, in fact petrified at upsetting us and shouldering the blame for not providing something simple as tissues!
