Took this cruise to tour round the coast of New Zealand. Barely saw the coast except when going in to port. Food was great. Staff were great. Would like to see more flexibility for breakfast. Cut off was way to early at 9-30 (clearing at 9-15) especially if you have a young family or you are at sea for 2 days. 10 would be far better clearing at 10 not 9-45! Expect fruit juice to be freely available also free beverages all day. Lack flexibility. Wine selection was very limited a total of 5. Totally inadequate for the western palate. Shows and parties were way to short at 45 minutes, just getting started. More films required and in the Zodiac theatre which was way underutilised most of the time. Especially when you are at sea for the day.

Films in the Piazza were very distracting with people walking through. Account for the room should be set up prior to cruise on a credit card which is then automatically deducted. Hassle settling the account at the end of the cruise. Excursions ashore well organised.

Description of the sounds disappointing obviously did not know very much about them and did not last for long. Again commentary on previous cruises taken was excellent.

Cabin Review

Smaller than expected based on previous cruise line experienced (Princess). Limited wardrobe and draw space. Balcony smaller. Cleaning staff were good and helpful.
