Originally intended to do Budapest to Amsterdam but had to cancel. A year later we looked into Budapest to Nuremburg with add on to Prague.

Loved everything about the whole trip. Impressed with the guides on the included excursions. All of them extremely knowledgeable and interesting. You could tell they enjoy their jobs. Danube River can encounter water level issues that can affect sailing, the crew kept everyone abreast with what was happening and efficiently arranged buses, meeting places to accommodate whatever was necessary. Luckily, on our excursion we were able to stay on the boat each evening. Just had changes in how we met up with the boat on certain days. Food was great, entertainment was fun. Like the number of people on the boat. Nice size group to enjoy dinner and entertainment. No waiting. Just thoroughly enjoyable. Budapest and Prague were my favorite cities. We did opt for a couple of additional excursions. We did the Vienna Boys choir and Prague at night optional excursions. I would recommend both. The architecture throughout Europe is amazing. One of our favorite things to do was to ask the guide on our excursions where do the locals eat. We were given some excellent suggestions and would go off and find these places. The food was great and it gave you a little more flavor of what the town was like. I would love to do a river cruise again!

Veranda Stateroom

For affordability we did the smaller rooms without a view. It was just fine. The rooms are small but very clean and nice. No complaints on my end.
