We thought it would be more for adults. Wanted diversity with other nationalities. Wait staff and bartenders were very nice. Costa excursions are a far cry from being organized.Recommend going on your own as Costa tends to forget about you once you are off the ship. This company wants to nickel and dime you for everything. Very pushy about buying extras. Stated many times not interested but they persisted and honestly made the cruise much less enjoyable. The ship was clean and the crew were only doing there job, but Costa in general is to worried about getting every dollar they can. This makes for a negative experience. We went on excursions thru Costa and met other passengers form Costa that ended up in the same place as we did for a fraction of the price. Prime example; Atlantis excursion we were bused to the entrance and dumped off, we were not given a pickup time or place and thankfully found another Costa excursion rep and were eventually taken to the pick up area. The excursions were so unorganized most passengers asked many times about what they were supposed to do or where to go. Our English speaking representative did not seem to be to interested in helping.

He spoke to the whole group but didn't want to be bothered with any questions. Costa has been taken off my list of cruise lines.

Felt very safe. Went on our own and had a much better time exploring. Took the double decker bus not offered by Costa and had a great time and a great guide.
