Overall we enjoyed the Royal Princess.

The staff is excellent with the exception of our room steward who was just average. We returned to our cabin several times later in the day, and it had not been serviced. This also happened at evening turn down.

The ship is beautiful and our suite well appointed, however it was very worn with stains on the carpet and couch. The bathroom was "very" dirty and our balcony was filthy!! Most of the public areas were clean except the buffet seating areas which could have used a scrubbing. Read more
