We are loyal RC cruisers with 12 cruises under our belt and are Diamond Plus members. In 2019 we decided to try out Celebrity and were very much looking forward to going back to an enjoyable RC cruise again. We had been on the Voyager twice before. Nothing could have prepared us for what was ahead.

Our embarkation was very smooth and very excited to have some lunch before going to our Junior Suite. It was all downhill from there... We could not find anywhere to sit in the Windjammer so went to the Dining room to book My Time Dining for dinner only to find that we were moved to Deck 3 instead of Deck 5 as there are too many my time diners to cater for. Then we find that the Diamond Lounge had moved to a small room on Deck 5 with a porthole looking out on a lifeboat from a previously spacious room with views on Deck 14 which is now reserved for guests who PAY their way into it by buying a Suite. Not to mention that the popular Johnny Rockets has been eliminated to make way for "extra cabins" (ie: more money) which means more people crowded into Windjammer!!!

There is now no point in being loyal to RC because they have removed the benefits. RC has now made it possible to buy your way in without being loyal!!
