The ship common areas are too small for amount of passengers lineups for every thing even if you have reservations ,bars small and noisy can not here performers because of back ground noise seats in theater very low hard on back also Royal Caribbean caters to some of their clients with holding seats for shows and closing off venues for their use only, leaving the mass of great unwashed to fend for them selves . Food is good but all the really excellent meals are the restaurants that you have to pay extra for and who started this policy of paying extra to eat on cruise ship . Service was very spotty some was great other not so much, pools are a joke size is too small for amount of people on ship. Tours booked through ship where a disaster always waiting for someone and never on time to start if people can not get there so sad you missed it . Would not go on this ship again
