Overall a very enjoyable cruise for 2 weeks around the Caribbean. I have to admit I do wonder about some of the comments of others and the issues they highlight, apart from an issue with the toilet/shower extractor fan the ship was clean & well presented with a fantastic staff.

Flew from LGW on a TUI charter so luggage checked in is next seen on board. Very comfortable flight with decent legroom, food & beverages throughout. Coach from the airport to the check in area & at first sight the queues look horrendous but in reality they kept moving and we were onboard within 30 mins of arriving at the cruise centre. Our cases caught up with us within a couple of hours and everything was well organised and smoothly navigated.

Our cabin (A708) was with a balcony and was extremely comfortable with enough room for the two of us. Unfortunately the lack of extractor fan in the shower/toilet was a pain & one that was not resolved despite multiple reports by ourselves and the cabin steward. We accepted a £50 on board cash allowance in compensation purely on principle as it took until the penultimate day of the cruise to receive an apology of any kind.

St. Maarten

Great beachside lunch & wander round the town

Antigua

Nice place to wander round, do pop into Hemingway's for lunch (especially recommend the key lime pie), it just outside the cruise port
