We chose this cruise mainly for the ports, three of which we had not been to before. This was our 19th cruise...third time on Princess. The cost was very reasonable. We were a little discouraged after booking, as there were several negative reviews of this ship. Sometimes I think more people write reviews who are discouraged with a cruise than those who were pleased with it. But I'm happy to say we were pleasantly surprised with everything. The food was very good, we enjoyed the shows, the ports, and the crew did a great job. We love to dance, and enjoyed spending time in the lounges with the good entertainment. There were some worn areas such as the elevators, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. Weather was fantastic which always helps!

It was the first time we did an Inside cabin. We weren't claustrophobic as I had worried about; however, we decided we will probably go back to Oceanview, as we like some light in the cabin, particularly when I'm trying to put on make-up. Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. We took advantage of the $25/pp fee in which your luggage is sent directly to the airport after putting it out the last night, and you don't have to bother with it till you arrive back at your airport. Would definitely recommend this ship.
