We're Emerald on another line so we're experienced cruisers and have cruised many different brands. This ship was going where we wanted, when we wanted to go. Our usual travel agent wouldn't book this for us due to so many of her customers that had complaints about Costa. It's disappointing how horrible this was. The staff get paid tips no matter how bad the service is so they don't care and are rather flippant. Drinks that were advertised, they were out of, including Draft Beer. REALLY??? The food was the exact same every single day. The excursions we chose were canceled so if we wanted to go on their excisions, we had to scramble. It was just so disappointing. We complained at the desk but, although they spoke English, they just rolled their eyes and really appeared not to care in the least. They should be ashamed of themselves. It was embarrassing to expect we'd have a descent experience.
