Booked this cruise in 2018 because of the itinerary In the South Pacific, as previously we had missed a few islands because of a cyclone. The Coronavirus caused a few. Small islands into locked down so the itinerary was changed the day before, but still in the South Pacific. Once on board the itinerary was changed again lost four islands and given more sea days and an overnight stop in NZ (only cruised there last year) and a stop in Eden on the south coast of NSW. I do know what’s in the fine print, but changing countries without consultation or reimbursement is extremely poor. We will never do a Royal Carribean cruise again, this was a first time with them and now the last, this was out 15 cruise and never have we been treated the way RC treated us. Did not like the ship as everything was centred around the promenade, all the shops and small bars and they also did all the dancing classes making it very hard to move through the ship even on shore days the staff would rehearse holding up passengers, public areas lacking and no place to sit quietly very crowded on the ship, had to line up for meals in the dinning room every night. Did not see the captain once he did make a couple of public appearances but they were times we were at meals or they were for the exclusive members. We even had to get out of the lounge after trivia or bingo so the diamond class could use the lounge, leaving other passengers to try and find another place, mostly all full.
