Chose this cruise because of value and time constraints. Cruise port hard to navigate and understand because of lack of signage. On entering stateroom found shower had not been cleaned properly and had long dark hair on walls and floor. Offered a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. Traveling with a young child and they were not very accommodating at changing dining time to early. Dining room staff in evening were excellent but breakfast left a lot to be desired. Food was only warm and service was lacking. A few days into cruise found tiny ants (termite type) in our cabin. Their response from Hotel Mgr was “there cannot be bugs on our ships “. They finally saw them and only offered to move us to move us to deck 8 above the nightclub. IndicTed it was the only available room even though we had staff indicate they were down by approximately 400 passengers. They then offered us a future cruise credit which we declined. Then they offered us an onboard ship credit that we reluctantly accepted. First and last experience with Royal Caribbean.
Very small and cramped. Had to get beds separated as we could not get around them. With the beds together the bunk stuck out far enough when closed that we kept hitting our heads on it. Cabin was also not very clean as stated above. Was never kept as clean as it should have been. Chip crumbs were spilled on second or third day and were never cleaned up.
