We’ve been on many cruises but this was our 2nd with NCL. Second only because our first one was a disaster on the Epic Feb/19 and we were given a 100% future cruise credit.
We had both the ultimate beverage package and the soda package for the kids. More than once we were charged for the kids pops. When we complained they made many excuses why they couldn’t refund it until we returned to port. We asked them to put a credit on our account in the same amount but they wouldn’t. We went to guest services 4 times trying to resolve it. No compensation.
We also had many mishaps with our room not being cleaned. We complained about this too with no apologies. We had issues with our toilet not flushing and were told this is common on all NCL ships.
There is very little storage in this cabin if you have 4 people. No drawer in the desk area just two very narrow cabinet doors. The bed is hard as a rock and super uncomfortable.
