My mother and I take this cruise every year twice a year. This is our first time being disappointed. Our 5:30 seating turned to MTD when the host grabbed my card out of my hand and used a sharpie to write "MTD" on it (he said I only booked 5 months in advance so we didn't deserve 5:30 dining??). There were lines for everything without any consideration for the elderly. This is the first time my elderly mother with a cane had to walk to the drill site to scan her card and walk back inside to sit down. No top tier party. No champagne toast. No pictures with the captain. No parade of flags. No chocolate croissants (the inhumanity).

Embarkement was smooth except waiting for wheelchairs which is expected if your arrival is closer to 2pm.

Disembarkement, again rude employee refused to tell us where breakfast is served saying we should disembark 2 hours before our assigned time instead. Our last breakfast is something we do every cruise as a tradition. She was very rude to us and made us feel unwanted.

I peeked once in a while to see what was happening and kept accidentally making eye contact with someone eating a pizza.
