My family DH,DS, son's girlfriend traveled together on this cruise. It has been a couple of years since we traveled on Carnival, last two years have been on NCL. We decided to give Carnival another try due to the price. Overall the trip was good. We did notice a decline in the quality of the dining room food, but the chocolate melting cake was just as good. We love Guys Burgers and the Blue Iguana Cantina, they were our favorites. We went to multiple comedy shows, the comedians we ok, one was horrible and people walked out of her show. The production shows are of lower quality than NCL, they were all dancing and singing no variety.

This was our first time embarking at Port Canaveral and it was super smooth (we were Platinum for the first time). Cabin was as we remembered, except they ask you if you want your room cleaned morning or night, we said both (probably not the answer he was looking for). We never had problem finding a deck chair, as long as you are ok with not being directly by the pools or serenity deck.

Ports of call were great, we had been to all of them besides Grand Turk; which was our favorite. The clear blue water was fantastic.
