This is our 5th cruise, 4th will Royal. We have been on the Vision, Independence, Oasis and now the Harmony. I would rank them in that order as well.
We travelled Feb 9-16th 2020 in the Eastern Caribbean itinerary.

Cabin Review
Ocean View Balcony
Service in our room, average, the girl quickly told us she only works 830 to 1230 and 430 to 830. Our room was tidied but nothing special. This was our first time with an Ocean View balcony and it was nice to get away from the crowds. Nice but it came at a price, very noisy, even with ear plugs it was loud. We prefer inside rooms to get better sleeps. My fitbit showed me having horrible sleeps for the whole week.

Walked around near the port...OK, nice colors...nothing to blow your skirt up.
Perfect Day at CocoCay
Nice, lots to do. Slow bar service...Seasoned drinkers at the swim up. Expensive drinks.
Excellent food. Great beaches, you don't need to pay for excursions here.
they had $2000 a day over water villas completely empty. They charged 200$ a day for a little hut with a bed and a couple chairs. A Few people got those.
