We had an “aqua” cabin so ate in the “Blu” restaurant thank goodness. The food was good but had a lot better. The “Blu” was only open for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we had to eat in the Oceanview cafe for lunch, which was chaotic to say the least. You would think that was this was last meal for most people the way the plates were piled high, disgusting. Finding a seat was a joke.

The additions for this cruise was ridiculous. Eye watering prices for the internet and drinks. Packages are thrown in with some bookings but I believe it is in the price anyway so you weren’t getting a bargain at all.

As an “aqua” cabin you were given canapés at teatimes which looked like leftovers from lunch! Cabin not wonderful. Trying to sunbathe on deck 10, as usual (unless you reserved a place, which is not allowed) was pathetic and jammed tight like sardines, horrendous. Thankfully we had a good balcony. Read more
