We loved sailing on the Panorama. The staff was wonderful - they really went out of their way to help in any way possible. Since there was only a slight difference between Panorama and Horizon but it still made a difference to us. Our experience eating in the dining room for breakfast was outstanding. Food was hot and wonderful. The evening meal in the Horizon was meet with the whole staff lining up and greeting us each evening. Never had that before. The wait staff did a fantastic job. Went over and above. Would sail on the Panorama again.

The Embarkation was a little never racking. There really isn't a great system since it was in 2009 for our first trip out of Long Beach. We arrived and didn't know what or where to go with our luggage. Finally a porter came over and took our bags after dropping off someone who was leaving the ship. Wasn't to sure our bags were going in right direction but, of course they were.

The Disembarkation was very smooth. We were assigned to wait in the Limelight Lounge and we only waited to leave for about 1/2 hour since we arrived in the lounge early. They had coffee and Danish waiting if you wanted it.

Cabin Review

Cove Balcony

Great cabin except to the drawers in the closet. Other then that the cabin was the best.
