This cruise was on our bucket list and we have been looking forward to it for a long time. We got on the cruise ship with no problems. When we went up to the Lido deck the windows had not been cleaned from previous cruise. This was a 2 week cruise and they never cleaned them. By the end of the cruise, it was very hard to see out of them while you ate. The food was very disappointing. Not a lot of variety, just cooked differently each night. It took 2 hours to get your meal from start to finish in the dining room. We never saw the maitre-d except the last night of cruise and he came to the table to say hi. We felt like the cruise ship was very understaffed. Needless to say that is why it took so long in getting the food. The entertainment wasn't great. We were very disappointed in the overall cruise. Due to inclement weather, no fault of theirs, we missed 1 port and fjords. I spoke with a representative in regards to our concerns but she was not interested. We've sailed with multiple cruise lines including Princess before but this will definitely be our last with Princess. Very expensive for what we got.
