My father in law booked a cruise for 6 to make it a family vacation. We had a balcony, free at sea package, etc. It was OK.

The food was good to average, bars were always full and usually had to wait. Seemed under staffed. A nice tip here and there upped the service levels on future visits. Entertainment was good. The illusionist was great, really got the kids involved. The singers had some highlights, a couple sounded like they were heading to Broadway. The russian lady that did the Stevie Wonder tribute was just unexpected. Not great. I went by to see the bingo costs and was shocked. Never play that. Also went the the "art auction". Surprised to see original Peter Max and Dali. One Max sold for over $12k before I had to leave. Who would have thought people cruise to buy art.

Used the dining package at the Steak and mexican. Steak was surprisingly good. The mexican was average but the quantity was over the top for what you could order. Felt bad about what was not eaten. With that said, don't order the max dishes available.
