We had a great cruise despite a couple of small hiccups. This ship was beautiful, clean, the staff was all great and friendly all seemed very happy and eager to help. The ship had plenty of activities, all fun, the shows were great, the comedian was hilarious. The food was all great, plenty of selection. The main dining room was great our waiter was fantastic everyone was excellent in service. Our room was always clean, even throughout the day it was refreshed. Ship mechanical errors did cause two delays getting to two different ports. The first delay was very short but the second delay set us back 3 hours and our excursion had to be canceled. we were immediately refunded the cost of the excursion but it did put a damper on that day in port. Unfortunately mechanical issues can't be predicted but the crew was as accommodating as possible in the circumstances. one small issue with the TV not working but it was quickly resolved and we even received onboard credit as a Goodwill gesture which was very nice and appreciated. Overall a great cruise a great ship great crew and staff and we would definitely sail with Princess again.
