Let me just say that this has been one of the worst cruises I've been on. The whole cruise has been one disappointment after another that has made what was supposed to be a happy and enjoyable birthday and 10th anniversary holiday into a depressing and boring cruise. From the horrible staff in the kids club that drove my 3yo daughter to tears, to the overcrowding of the ship so much that you can't get into anything, to the cancellation of the iFly due to weather but because of the overcrowding there's no more room for us, even with The Key. The food has been average, the entertainment has been ok but too packed. The room attendant even broke our personal soap holder. The baristas make coffees so hot that could burn holes in hell. We turned up for roller-skating on time to be told it was full and we needed to arrive earlier. We lined up for an hour in the hot sun waiting for the north star. The bionic bar keeps losing my drink orders even after they've been sent. The constant barrage of hard sales pitches from staff is annoying also. The lack of entertainment compared to the number of passengers is rediculous meaning so many people miss out. We paid for The Key to gain access to extra benefits but have found it absolutely useless as there's just too many people on the ship, other than the internet. And finally, theres been more than one occasion where I've walked into the toilets and there's been poo on the floor.

The Ovation of the Seas ship has ruined not only my birthday but our 10th anniversary that we've been looking forward to for a few years.
