Viking Sea staff were all friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to give us the best experience possible.

We ate most meals at the World Café where the menu changed daily and always provided plenty of delicious options for a variety of tastes. TIP: Be sure to look at both sides of the café serving stations as although most food items are the same, there are a couple of differences eg; one side has ice cream and sushi while the other side has pizza and salad bar.

Also ate some lunches at the Pool Grill - great hamburgers & hot dogs!

24 hour room service is also a great feature

The included shore excursions were all well organised and enjoyable. Itinerary took us to a different island every day with no sea days which suited us really well.

Plenty of common spaces throughout the ship so never felt crowded, no lines anywhere, heaps of room for all on board.

Overall beautiful ship and facilities but AMZING staff that made all the difference.

Very comfortable cabin, well designed with good use of space. Comfy king bed, ample storage and hanging space, 2 chair sitting area plus 2 chairs on veranda. Plenty of room in the modern bathroom. Room is serviced twice daily by friendly, professional staff.

Road Town is not easy to walk around with narrow foot paths that often cut out leaving no option than to walk on narrow roads. Walked to Old Government House, disappointed to find it closed when website said open. Walked back into town and stumbled across the old jail. We were the only people there and had a great tour with Carol learning about the history of the prison and prisoners.

HM Prison Museum open Mon - Fri 8:30-2:30 US$5 admission located on Main Street

Historic House

A Viking Included excusion. Scenic bus trip with narration from the driver with a visit to Fairview Guest House (old sugar plantation). Comfortable mini bus with entertaining driver. Guest House interesting but felt rushed for time.

After the tour we walked to the St Kitts museum which is close to the port

We were in Bridgetown on a Saturday and unfortunately several attractions were closed. In particular we wanted to visit the Garrison and Kingston cricket oval. Since these tours were not available on a Saturday we hired a taxi to take us to the Barbados museum with a quick stop at Kingston oval for a photo next to the Garfield Sobers statue. The museum was worth a visit and we spent an hour there while driver waited for us.

Island tour

bus tour with commentry from guide. Visit to Botanical gardens, look out on Morne Bruce and a craft program for visually impaired adults. Th trip was OK but not the highlight of our trip. Lots of rain and we forgot to bring jackets or umbrella so did not get off the bus at the Botanical Gardens so would have got more out of the trip if we were better prepared.

Pre-booked a private tour with Antigua VIP Tours. Driver/Tour guide Sean took us to the main historic attractions on the island including Nelson's Dockyard, Shirley Heights, Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre and Betty's Hope - all sites were worth visiting and Sean gave commentary along the way and answered queestions about life on Antigua. At our request Sean added in a visit to the Viv Richards Cricket Stadium. There was an event on that day but we had some photo opportunities out the front.
