Traveling with my 3 brothers/2 spouses for our annual family trip. Flew in the day before. We had rented a suburban for the 6 of us through Budget. This was a disaster. The Budget line was 50 people deep and when we finally got up there, my brother forgot his license. Instead of just letting us add a driver they made us get out of line and call budget to do this and they said they didn't have a suburban for us to rent. We ended up getting a minivan through National but this took us 2 hours to solve and budget was NO HELP. We stayed at a 3 bedroom townhouse at Cape Crossing Marina. Very nice place about 5 miles the port. It was clean and ended up being cheaper than getting 3 hotel rooms. Very much recommend. The cruise itself was a reschedule from September 1st cruise that was canceled due to Dorian. Not sure if I'll ever cruise in February again. Maybe it was just one of those weeks, but it was windy and chilly on most of the days and definitely not warm enough to get into the water. Due to the weather, the aqua shows were canceled several times. I understand that safety comes first, but maybe they can have a plan B show to do. Yes I want to see the high dive, but I would have been satisfied with a scaled down show that they could have done. Another issue I had was that there was a private group on board that took over many of the venues. This caused a complete cancelation of I SKATE ice show. Which by all accounts was a better show than 1887 show I was looking forward to seeing. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! One other minor complaint was that our room steward never introduced himself, never asked if we needed anything. I found that odd since every other cruise I've been on that was never an issue. I also never really saw the cruise director much other than coming out after shows. I actually saw the captain more than the cruise director.

FOOD. it was definitely hit or miss but it was edible. Our dining wait staff was awesome.
