This is our third MSC and our 43rd cruise embarkation was super smooth and easy but we are diamond because of our status match cabin was a balcony on deck nine nicely appointed room plenty of space but limited storage food breakfast buffet was excellent plenty of choices that being said we weren't happy with the food in the MDR food was lukewarm no wow factor but had dinner at the Butcher's cut and loved it flletwas excellent the gelato and crapes are delicious it's a must the best pizza you'll ever have it say The ship is gorgeous very modern the Swiorsky staircases are beautiful love the champagne bar the galleria is wonderful the LED ceiling is amazing you can watch it all day every night it does a little show on the ceiling you must watch it entertainment MSC shows at night one of the best at sea no comparison with other ships the opera singers will blow you away so well all the dancers singers the cruise director Jean does a show the last day at sea you must see all the bars and lounges are beautiful the chocolate shop is like something you've never seen on a ship we absolutely love the ship and the crew was amazing could not have asked for a more friendly bunch excursions in Jamaica we did rafting on the Martha bright on bamboo Rafes it was a good excursion in Grand Cayman we did the Atlantis submarine it was a really cool thing to do it was very interesting in Cozumel we did the playa Mia deluxe beach break and we do it all the time every time we get there great deal for the money they take really good care of you all of drinks and food are included chairs and umbrella also included lunch buffet is really good Ocean Cay The beaches are beautiful it was amazing White sand beaches beautiful water shops ice cream pallor bars food trucks big buffet at night they had a Junkanoo parade at lighthouse show was great and the beach party was a lot of fun love this island cannot wait to go back this ship was wonderful the spa was excellent and everybody working there could not have been friendlier the pools are beautiful the ship is absolutely gorgeous plenty to do plenty of chairs around the pool areas They also have a ropes course waterslides bowling alley simulators it's an amazing ship we love MSC
