Sail Date: Feb 2020
Cabin: AquaClass Stateroom with Veranda

We have sailed enough on Celebrity to attain "elite" status and have always enjoyed our experiences. We chose to sail "Edge" because my wife really wants the experience. We traveled with friends (another couple). BTW, Edge is really an adult only ship as there seems little to do for anyone under the age of 18.

The ship common areas are unique and well done. The stores on board are all high end retailers, so don't look for deals. The cabin (Aqua Class) was very good and loved the infinite veranda. However, the designer obviously never sail, why are there NO hooks in the room; to hang backpacks, jackets whatever. The lack of hooks meant the couch was the holder of all those items and thus useless for sitting.

I would normal give the staff an 10 / 10, but our room steward was clueless. With Aqua class we get certain perks. Flavored water, canopies, a pillow "menu"... Never received any waters/never asked as to whether we'd like, had to ask for our feather pillows 3 straight days until we got them. Finally, we never received any embarkation notice (including tags). Fortunately, we decided to walk off with friends.
