We just returned from a cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway. It was a very nice ship. I thought the best feature was the steam room in the Thermal Suite. Most steam rooms aren't hot enough but this one was just right. The ship is very attractive and easy to get around. We thought that breakfast and lunch at the buffet was especially good. There was a large choice of items and despite the large crowds, we were always able to find somewhere to sit even at peak eating times. Our favorite at lunch was the chicken salad. I thought the food at dinner in the dining rooms wasn't quite as good as previous cruises. However, if you can't find something that you like at breakfast, lunch, and dinner I don't think you are looking very hard. The water was too rough to tender in at Great Stirrup Cay which was a disappointment and at Cozumel there were 8 ships docked so we had to fight the crowds. All of the crew were great--especially Joel, our room steward. As on most cruises, we saw a few passengers who were obstreperous which was embarrassing for the passengers who follow the rules and act appropriately. Embarkation and debarkation was a breeze. All in all it was a very good cruise and we thought everyone at NCL tried hard to make sure we had a good time.
Cabin was fine. A little smaller than the insides on some of the other ships we have been on. It was the furtherest room to the front of the ship and as a result there were a lot of ups and downs when it got rough.
