Once again, you did not disappoint. We have sailed 13 times on Reflection. The crew are outstanding, the ship is beautiful and the food is delicious. Our cabin was clean and our attendant was very good at meeting our needs. The senior officers are very visible and definitely approachable. The crew makes us feel like we are coming home. The great entertainment and onboard activities kept us as busy as we wanted to be. We especially liked Bill Cashell, a Beyond the Podium speaker. This year the weather in New Orleans was perfect for Mardi Gras. All we needed was a lightweight jacket or parka. We easily walked to several parades right off the ship down Julia Street about 8 blocks.

We always felt safe in the city.
