It was on our bucket list and we were traveling with friends. Staff was not friendly. Food not very good, Pink Champagne Lounge smelled like sewerage. Overall this wasnt a good experience and we spent alot of money on this cruise., NCL has definately changed since we took an Alaska Cruise. The Specialty Restaurants wer okay. The staff seemed to be bothered by being there. The Cruise DIrector was not friendly. They definately didn't make us feel special. This was an expensive Cruise . Disembarkation was a joke. Took hour to get off the SHip out of the Terminal and on buses to transport to airport. Excuses and more excuses.. Not worth what we paid. Very disapointed in the attitude of the majority of the Staff. Entertainment was good. Booked a ATV Shore Excursion through the shio with friends and one couple was changed to a different time with no reason and offered no assistance when we went to the excursion deck. Guest Services was understaffed and not very friendly.
