I’m going to start by saying the staff and crew were very friendly and accommodating and personable and very professional. We saw none of the rude unfriendly staff some of the lower star ratings stated. Yes the bliss wasn’t perfect. They do nickle and dime you but if you know that going in you can prepare for it. The food was good. The buffet was repetitive and very very crowded a lot of the time but the food tasted good. The specialty restaurants we visited cagneys. Le bistro And ocean blue were excellent food an service.al a carte prices were high. We had the dining package. Lots of drinking as people(most) had the drink package but only a few visible enebriated. The pool areas were full and noisy. The observation areas were great. EmbArkation and debarkation was smooth.if finances allow highly recommend staying in the haven. Quieter. More personalized service and personal butler as well and has its own private restaurant which was excellent. Cruise director and captain both excellent. Entertainment was good. Jersey boys excellent. Six was ok music was good but hard to understand the words. BeAtles tribute band was good and the extra charge prohibition the musical was very good. All in all an excellent enjoyable cruise.
