Loved PAST Sea princess cruises. Great food, entertainment and great staff.
Completely opposite in staff value. Very unethical and not up to scratch. Head waiter at table completely useless, i complained about a bottle of white wine that was left open and not refrigerated for TWO days.It was completely off! Nothing was done about it. It cost me another $50 for another bottle. Complained at Service desk on last day, still charged for two bottles, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
24th Feb filled out cruise survey, no response. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
