Price and itinery lead to this cruise. It was a mistake. Too many surly bar staff who were unable to smile. Same for reception staff who were actually rude at times. The attitude on the ship was "you will do what we say and if you don't like it, too bad" It was a case of, "We will ask the questions". Open hostility at times. Senior crew were inexperienced and kept telling us that they had to get answers from head office. You could never get a straight answer. Cruise director was promoted from being a singer. She used her new position to make herself, and singer/boyfriend to be front and centre of all entertainment. Other singers were excluded so they argued amongst themselves and told the passengers. There was no control. Dancers were great. Some of the bar waiters were very good. Worse thing was, when things went bad, the pasengers were told nothing or were lied to.

Cabin Review

Not cleaned properly. We're not too fussy but there was obvious dirt. No fridge. Air con. did not work. Shampoo was not shampoo. Needs complete refurbishment. Been on lots of cruises this was the worst cabin. Very disappointing for those crew members who made an effort.
